Joyce Solar, in affiliation with our investors, has developed an operating lease program for investment grade credit commercial customers that can actually generate money for the business – lots of it.  This varies state by state, based on incentives available for solar projects.

In New Jersey, the Solar Renewable Energy Certificate (SREC) program enables our Solar Operating Lease™ program to generate huge returns for your business on our investment.  Unlike a Power Purchase Agreement, our program lets you keep the electricity and enjoy the high value of SRECs.

An overview of our Solar Operating Lease™ program:

• Investment grade credit (or equivalent) commercial customers only
• No capital cost
• Lease term far shorter than a Power Purchase Agreement
• Off-balance sheet financing (FASB13)
• You keep the electricity generated by the system
• Fair Market Value options at the end of the lease term
• Our proprietary SREC sharing agreement gives you a huge percentage of the market value of SRECs over the lease term
